Well, that depends on what the Iraqis decide to make of themselves with Saddam gone. The more they descend into chaos, the less of a threat they become to external countries. Somalia may be a mess of a country, but Ethopia took it over in about 2 days. If Iraq is chaotic, they can't capture neighbor countries - that takes organization.
