50 years ago, in the Marine Corps and sent to school in Virginia. A couple buddies and I "jogged" to the top of the Washington Monument. I had no problems with claustrophobia in those days. This is just something that has slowly been coming on over the last 20 years and gets a little worse each year. If it gets worse than it is (not bad currently) I'll prolly have to get some help with it. I've read it can be helped considerably and I sure hope so. Today, riding in the back seat of a 2 door car causes me to break a sweat.
