Back in 1992, Seattle had an incredible storm on inauguration day. Winds were blowing steady at 60, with higher gusts. At the time my office was in the Columbia Center, tallest building in Seattle, at 77 stories.

I could feel the motion of the building in my office on the 24th floor. A buddy of mine went up to the Columbia Tower Club at the top of the building, and he said he could really feel the motion. Almost made him seasick.
