Bush wants to drill in every wilderness area on earth because he sold out a long time ago to the polluters and oil thieves. But he and Cheney have proven they condone shortages, false shortages mind you, to jack up energy prices. They have not lifted a finger to build a single refinery because Big Oil doesn't want anymore. They want shortages. They want to raise the prices $1 every time there is a hurricane.

BTW, the ALaskan oil doesn't even go to the US. It goes to Japan.

Look, quit defending Bush with these empty platitudes.

The country is broke, the dollar has crashed, we are going to spend EIGHT HUNDRED BILLION in Iraq. Bush blew through the treasury for his pet projects, we now have a stagflationary environment and the stock market has DECLINED over Bush's ENTIRE TERM.

And you are saying we all should calculate Bush's relevancy based on tax rates? What are you, devoid of common sense?

It doesn't matter what tax rates are, the country is BROKE. And people are MUCH MUCH worse off than they were 8 years ago. That is a fact.

Who is going to pay for Bush's Iraq misadventure? Sean Insanity promised us Iraq oil would pay for evething, but not a single dime. Are you personally ready to fork over $40,000 over the next few years to pay for Bush's debacle? I hope so. Bushies should be the ones paying. The rest of us were against it, the smart Americans. We never drank the poison Bush Koolaid that makes people hallucinate, hand their money over to Big Oil and rush toward Armageddon.
