On 3/14, David Fry at Yahoo ETF Digest pointed out the morning's 17B Treasury TIO plus a 10B Repo. The climax down move was at lunch hour then the dealer boyz lit her off. Levering up 27B can make for a heckuva daytrade and the dealer banks earnings suggest they're doing just great at their trading desks.
