"What about "Slam-Dunk" Tenet and the Clinton's who said they thought Saddam had stocks of WMD's when the war started based on info from their days."

Tenet has a tendency to say whatever he thinks the president wants to hear. Hence the Medal of Freedom. Remember that?

Curveball"?

What about "Slam-Dunk" Tenet and the Clinton's who said they thought Saddam had stocks of WMD's when the war started based on info from their days. What about Joe Wilson who shortly before the war warned Saddam would use his WMD's against us if we went to war?

In 1998, when Saddam kicked the weapons inspectors out, 95% of his WMDs had been identified and destroyed. However, it appeared Saddam had unaccounted-for WMDs. No one was sure. That's why the weapon inspectors wanted to go back into Iraq to make absolutely certain as to the status of his WMDs arsenal. Finally, he let them back in in 2002 as Bush war drums began to beat. They were finding out there were no more WMDs. However, before they could finalize their analysis, Bush told them to leave Iraq. Why? Why couldn't Bush wait until the end of their report which was imminent? Because he didn't want to wait.....he wanted to invade.

Brumar, you are not a stupid man. You need to wake up and see Bush for what he is. He and his cronies are dangerous. I think with this last election, we are on the way to containing them but there are no guarantees. I will not rest easy until January, 2009 when a new president takes over.
