"Last time I checked, perjury is a felony punishable by up to two years in prison."

I should have checked deeper. Actually, it depends on the state. In some states it is a 4th degree felony, whatever that is. In others it is higher.

Who is Lil' Kim?

But, as it turns out, it isn't relevant. Apparently Clinton wasn't guilty of perjury.

Ted, I love putting you and CJ on the defensive when it comes to Clinton. It makes you guys say silly things, such as "Perjury ... doesn't even rise to the level of a felony."

Ten, defensive? Hardly. You have no idea how stupid I think that whole fiasco was. How small I view the Republicans who led the charge. How hypocritical they are in light of their own sexual improprieties. Attacking Clinton over this insubstantive issue makes you as silly as them.....sadly.

Last time I checked, perjury is a felony punishable by up to two years in prison. Ask Lil' Kim, who had to serve 366 days:

Yes, perjury can be a serious crime. However, Clinton perjured himself over the issue of adultery. It makes the perjury charge just a little bit stupid and certainly not worth the $100 million spent to bring that charge to the forefront.

Little men with little dicks make such charges.
