We sure need some letters to the editors at Time giving different viewpoints.

No. You need a letter to the editors of Time canceling your subscription.

I have NEVER understood why Rosie continues to have a "show"...there must be someone who watches her...but I don't know anyone that does.

Lowest common denominator is in play here for sure.

And your comment about needing "soap in her mouth"...my Grandmother (both of them) would have just had a field day with her....I got to taste Lifeboy soap just ONCE, and that was plenty. And I certainly didn't say anything bad, certainly not by today's standards.

I had "sassed" both of them, once each. That was enough for me.

Time and Life were my favorite mags for a long time...At one point, when the babies were little, I read Time, US News and Newsweek cover to cover, so I could talk about something besides diapers and babies....and also to stay awake while I fed and diapered them during the night.

I can't imagine what magazine I would read today...
