The palm beach post runs a column on natural remedies and I remember a few years ago they talked about coconut as a remedy for digestive problems. A guy with terrible problems for years found eating a couple of macaroons every morning helped a lot.

YOu might want to add psyllium seed husk with meals....it's cheap and very effective.

I also have taken Lipo-gen

It smells terrible but has a multitude of beneficial ingredients for digestion.
