Rahm Emanuel is the guy who knew about Foley and sat on it till the next election. If Republicans had known, they'd have got rid of him before the election, but Emanual and his cronies didnt want that. The whole world knew Gary Studds had sex with an underage page, cause he admitted it and wasn't ashamed of it. Was Barney Frank ashamed of living with a callboy who ran tricks out of Franks apartment?
