I quoted directly from news reports at the time.

Kerry said that we are safer for having captured Saddam,
and that anyone who disagrees (i.e., Dean) "does not have
the judgement" to be President.

Kerry also said that he still would have invaded Iraq
if he had been President instead of Bush "even knowing
what we now know about WMD."
