I thought that I had a torn rotator cup. However, I checked with a trainer at the gym and was told that it was not a torn cup which would have required surgery. It's bee 4 months now and slowly it has gotten slightly better. I can raise it a little higher than my waist. And I do some mild exercises for it with 3 lb. weight. In fact I am off in 10 minutes to do that...

I had a terrible case of whatever it is I have last night from eating french fries. I was out eating and they were so good. I paid the price over night and still this morning. Now, when I go to the gym and do the elliptical machine all that belching and burping will come up for 20 minutes and then I will feel better.. Experience.. EXERCISE WORKS WONDERS FOR ME...

It is great for depression too. My therapist said he would never treat anyone for depression who did not walk at least one mile a day.. If any of you all have depression try exercise. Force yourself. The endorphins that are released help balance the feelings that create the depression. EXPERIENCE AGAIN.

Just never got over needing burping over the shoulder.. SMILE.
