Umm, horsefeathers. Bush apologists have been blaming Clinton from the moment they took office.

For everything. Bush must have a plaque that states "The Buck Stops Anywhere But Here".

I've seen 12 year olds with a greater sense of responsibility.

The equipment/armor issue? Where have you been? It was the soldiers who brought it up initially, not the Dems. Do you ever rely on the facts?
