rk - agreed. I think it better to concentrate on the business and w-cdma growth and Media-Flo and the lower$ which might mean higher EPS and the things that PJ outlined in his London presentation.

NOK is not going to get an injunction and neither is the Q and so the legal battles will last till at least 2011. zzzzzz zzzzzz zzzzz

Looking through a glass darkly....

Anything could happen. I doubt that there's a script that's worth squat.

So I keep quiet and wait.

The only thing I think is a certainty is that the lawyers are busy, drafting complaints to be filed on 4/10.
