Wouldn't surprise me.
Last time the Asians had hoarded $$$ and needed to invest them we sold US real estate at vastly inflated prices to the Japanese and thus got the money back. Later they sold back most of same at a fraction of what they had paid.
That's true money circulation.
So why not GM and Chrysler to the Chinese??
Same story over again!
