Apples and oranges. You are talking about a verdict, not the judge ruling about the state of the evidence.

Ditto.

Yes. Because, by definition, perjury is lying about evidence that is material to the case. By definition. Now you might want to make up your own private definition, but I am not sure why...

This is sort of like calling a spoon a fork because you want it that way.
