limtex--The argument that Q's patents are no longer as relevant as before is specious as long as one patent owned by QCOM is used by Nokia and is deemed essential to products sold by Nokia.

What Nokia says for public consumption and what Nokia does for survival are not necessarily the same. Nokia knows this at least as well as anyone else. As I said, it will just take some time to resolve.
