I am assuming that many persons PM'd you as many are hesitant to share personal information in such a public venue. Just as long as you have gotten some help who cares whether it's public or not. It's just that all of us can benefit from the sharing..I am glad you were helped Rainy Day Woman but I am curious too as to the treatments others did. However may I suggest that if you do not want to OWN the problem as your own make it the problem of a friend,family member or neighbor. Abrogate the responsibility to someone else..and you stay just as the reporter....of it. This will give you more confidence... maybe to share personal stuff.
