EL - My memory is a bit hazy on this but I think I recall a NOK spokesman commenting last year specificallty relating to the Q and saying that they expected to be net recipients.

I also don't think it was Jorma.

I think I recall it because it shocked me at he time.

I would like to search but I think I have to upgrade my membership in order to do this. Not sure to what but presumably the advanced search works.
