I can see that arrogance masquerades as intellectual prowess in your world of conspiracy theorists.

If your "brilliant" observations about the constitutionality
of the Iraq war were shared by people other than those of YOUR ilk, the court challenges would have been legion by this point.

Perhaps you're spending too much time scouring the net for proof in support of your 9/11 conspiracy theories.

Personally, I don't know why that endeavor should be particularly time-consuming. You only need to listen to Rosie O'Donnell on The View and she'll explain it all. She's probably become a Constitutional scholar by now as well. Or was that Baba WaWa?

It would be unconstitutional to go to war without congressional approval. We probably agree on that.

But an Authorization for the Use of Military Force satisfies the constitutional mandate of congressional oversight.
So you are wrong when you say the Iraq war is unconstitutional.

The first thing one should know about the constitution is that its words and clauses are subject to interpretation. Otherwise, yelling 'Fire!' in a crowded theatre might still be legal. Ponder that, Rocky.
