I don't deny nature has had very significant effects on global vegetation patterns.

I don't live in de Nile. That map I gave probably only shows areas that it has good data on.

However, it's plain to me the worlds human population also has significant effects on the global vegetation patterns. You can see it any time you get on a plane.
