Panic has already been setting in. It's like re arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic though, far too late to do anything. The people of Belgium can ban BBQ's altogether, but I doubt Belgium will even qualify as "Continental Shelf" in the not so far future. It will just be marked "DEEP OCEAN" on the chart. It can't be helped. Flat as a pancake, and well.... low.

It's a pity really, they are famous for brewing fine beers and lager.
