Sure, and they should not have lowered them to 1%, induce
a housing bubble to bail out stocks. Now if they raise,
they will tank the slowing economy. Stagflation is checkmate
for the Fed, when inflation always exceeds growth. They can
lower and induce more inflation. They can raise, then get less
inflation and less growth. What they don't get is REAL, not
nominal, growth
