I'm a little curious about his motives sometimes. For example one stock I was looking at DIVX I had seen where he was touting it as the best IPO ever it spiked from about 20 to near 30 as he was bragging it up. Then he comes out and says to take profits now it is back to 20, I don't watch his show so I'm not sure where he stands on it.
It just seems odd that if DIVX was such a great buy at 20 it should be at least a hold (not a sell) at 30.

He has the power to move stocks and he has been on record as saying that he has worked with other fund managers to manipulate stock prices.
