Seriously, if any US leader is taken hostage, regardless of party, it is an an act of war worthy of a swift and mighty response.

Ichy, I had no problem with the hypothetical you discussed. It's where the discussion went (hacked off limbs/death, etc.) that I took issue with.

The points you raise do make me wonder about what exactly is going on in Pelosi's mind though. She has no right to take "alternative Democratic foreign policy" to a known terrorist sponsoring nation that is sponsoring much of the terrorist activity in Iraq while the US is at war.

That, IMO, is beyond outrageous. And if it is not clearly illegal based on current laws, it should be. And she should be punished severely.

I'll also note how the MSM is intentionally not informing the public how unprecedented & genuinely outrageous this really is.
