I believe GS has at least 2% (the number two, not a misprint) control of the AU market.
That's good enough for me to back off many if not all equities.

I've been bragging on this thread about developing 2-3 properties in my zip code (19144)
It turns out, I am a chump!

The reality is, I'm being jumped over by the Russians who are quietly buying 40-50 (Forty to Fifty) properties at a single clip in my zip/neighborhood thru national banks (all cash.)

Think about that..
