(One of the captured Iranian military was released already --- a day or so ago, I believe, by the 'Iraqis'. I expect to see the REST of the Iranians quietly released over the next couple of weeks, too.)

So, NO, there will never be an *official* announcement that a quid pro quo was arrived at... still, *everybody* gets released.
