You conveniently forget all the lawsuits NOK has filed. Look in the mirror and be not so "humble" while carrying Nokia's water. What is at stake in this war is the future of R&D think tanks and the United States, which is more and more becoming a country that lives by its wits not by manufacture, versus the established foreign cabal that prefers to control IPR for its sole benefit. The stakes are great for the future of the country. Maybe you prefer to bet on NOK and sell your country out for a few pieces of silver. Look in the mirror.
