Apparently Nokia now intends to negotiate by press release. Tendering an extrajudicial "Offer of Judgment" equivalent, using their time zone advantage, we now await the Qualcomm public response of incredulity and disdain. (This all might be entertaining if I weren`t a shareholder.)

Hey. We will only infringe [steal] 3 cents a quarter instead of 4 cents. We are clean. Plus I will not pay more for your somewhat useless patents. I will also tell others that I only paid 3% instead of 5% for use of your useless patents despite a NDA.
