Well, I think Nokia is just proceeding according to their original plan that they have been preparing since 2001 or something. Or to be more precise, following one of the the alternative paths that they have prepared.

But then again, maybe I'm wrong. It's just that I haven't seen any symptons that I would interpret as signs of desperation.
