I agree that the share price is much higher than the NAV, making it riskier. But remember, the NAV is based on an estimation of private company value and is often a very conservative number - as the ability to write up an investment is difficult. So unlike mutual funds whose NAV is based on a market-based valuation of companies, these publicly-traded VCs may have more value than it seems.

That being said, I've been in and out of this one too, and watching it for now.
