So, tax cuts are out (done in first term); great economy I concede (if it holds)..that is a high point. Stopping terrorist attacks in the U.S. (Hard to prove a negative, but, yes, we have not been attacked) Saddam and his sons were first term, sorry.... Making OBL live in a cave is a high point of the accomplishments of a U.S. Administration? What happened to: we will get him ..."dead or alive"? You are satisfied and consider it a high point that OBL lives in a cave, safe and warm???? Alito and Rogers...we could argue about timing for nomination (and Alito being a second choice to Harriet Miers (Yikes!), but, yes, the two new Supreme Court justices will be long-standing highlights (for conservatives) of his time in office. I'm glad he didn't get his first choice over Alito I'm not impressed with your list. We are left with: The economy (hope it holds) No terrorist attacks in U.S. Making OBL live in a cave.
