Let's see ...

$20 million is for second quarter 2007 of which Nokia feels they have paid up after April 9.

Therefore they are paying for 9/90 days of the quarter that they feel they owe, so 10%, meaning that they recognize that should the license not expire this quarter they would have owed the other 90% as well...so that's $200 million/quarter amd $800 million/year.

Maybe that's not unreasonable given the current rate of UMTS uptake.
