There are 3 types of evidence that are admissible in a court of law. Testimonial, documentary, or physical evidence.


So, you have no documentary or physical evidence, but you think you have testimonial evidence? As in, "they said so".

I'm no lawyer, but I think all the public testimonial by the Bush adminstration about Syria promoting terrorism in Iraq would be immediately dismissed as heresay if it were entered into a case as "evidence".
