So, you have no documentary or physical evidence, but you think you have testimonial evidence? As in, "they said so". I'm no lawyer, but I think all the public testimonial by the Bush adminstration about Syria promoting terrorism in Iraq would be immediately dismissed as heresay if it were entered into a case as "evidence".
