I absolutely love London and now I get to deal with frequent intense cravings for curry that simply can't be satisfied out here.
Move to the left Coast. We have lots of gen-u-wine Indian Indians here. The hi-tech compnies import them by the 747 load. IIT seems to be the preferred school. We have a great Indian restaurant a few blocks away. Except you can never park there; the lot's always full.

But I wouldn't live out there on a bet.
Nor I. As that saying goes, "If you like the food, you'll LOVE the climate." Dogs barf after eating British. :-) And the British climate has to be experienced to be believed. COLD and 110% humidity. If you have a touch of asthma, you'll DIE there. :-) Our pulmonologist has taken the UK off our travel menu. Breaks my heart.

The salary that lets me live nicely in Boogerville might get me a refrigerator box in someone's garden in London.
No. Cardboard box at the train station. :-)

Gooberville, right? :-) Is that a suburb of KC?

The machines are moving from a barely-acceptable ISP in downtown KC to a new state-of-the-art facility just north of downtown. iHub's already up there and SI's joining it tomorrow. Up where they've got one of those places that aeroplanes stop and start at, and all that.

Switch SI to mail and eliminate the servers? :-)

Everything's up to date in Kansas City.
Is that from a song? :-)

Not so Boogerville. I'd never dream of having the sites running out here.
Get a bigger tractor! :-)
