The way the market reacted this morning, it looked like NOK called all of their friends and neighbors last night and said "short" on the opening.


There aren't many working days left between now and 4/9.
Looks like both parties have "gone to the matresses".

QCOM's filing says they don't want to let even one day lapse in defending and calling for infringement.

Stock is holding up nicely today in the face of impending "war".

The NOK press release came out from the press at 3:20 a.m. so it was in everyone's computer when they got to the office before the market opened. If you figure 4 cents off earnings and multiply times the PE you get about 80 cents off the price. Only 47 cents off now. So not that big a deal.
