I was stationed in Yoko 79-80, whatever it is was not around then. I do not recall what it was but the dangerous drink was legal in the bar but popped positive in a drug test.

OT

That snake in the saki at the bar is a rather common practice at bars in Japan. I had to relocate at the bar as I happened to sit immediately in front of the "snake jar" (Takamatsu on Shikoku). What a disgusting sight that is.
My rendition of Frank Sinatra in karaoke was well received though.<gg>
