Actually, I'm told there's good curry to be had out here. I just haven't had a chance to visit more than one of the places, and it was, as Clem put it the next morning, "dodgy".
He's British. He thinks that British slop is food. Doesn't count.

Curry. You ever think of just stopping at a Taco Bell and drinking the hot sauce? :-)

But right now I'm stuck in a hotel in Council Bluffs, Iowa (track weekend) and would kill for some Chicken Vindaloo but I'm SOL.
Chicken Who? Does the Colonel make that? :-)

Everything's up to date in Kansas City.
Is that from a song? :-)

Dunno. What I do know, though, is that the truck reached the hotel nearly on fumes so it can be said of the truck and trailer that they've gone about as far as they can go. And the weather up here (and back home but with the 5-10 degree difference 250 miles makes) is such that ice will form on my beard tomorrow when I exclaim "Oh, what a beautiful morning."

Ice. Ice. I've heard of that stuff. What is it? :-)

Although one of the cool things about driving on a racetrack is no oncoming traffic (save for the occasional Porsche 911 in the tighter turns), so it can be said tomorrow that everything's going my way.
Until someone hits the wall, spins around, and comes right at you. :-)

Your wife know you do this? :-)
