Oh, but he's presenting a new tax on businesses to pay for his new health-care program.

Which would be fine if the only ones taxed are the ones who can afford it the most, such as Google, Apple, and Intel. Instead, the tax is on all business with 10 or more employees. Great way to choke small businesses or drive them further underground.
