Name another case where land was seized in a defensive war (remember, Jordan attacked Israel in 1967), and the previous occupier was not the legitimate owner, where the disputed territory did not become the possession of the victor.

She is technically correct Mike. Because jordan wouldnt negotiate and then renounced rights to it, make it israeli land in historical context. I am not one who believes that means israel should keep it, but with no one to take it and the palestians unwilling not to threaten the rest of israel and israeli interests worldwide with suicide attacks since 1967, there is little reason for israelis to be generous.
Much like Tiger on the 18th one up on Phil with Phil whining about his ill fitting manseer.
