It's about time we reigned in this kind of maverick diplomacy.

Carter was notorious for making such trips and leaving the Clinton administration in a bind. North Korea and Haiti come to mind.


I don't know about that.......Carter has a better track record than Condi. And he's not nearly as high maintenance. He's happy with just two pairs of shoes. ;-)
