Lt. Felix Carman of the British Royal Navy, addressing a news conference at a military base in Chivenor, southwestern England, said the sailors and marines were well outside Iranian waters when the incident occurred -- despite previous statements to the contrary while in Iranian custody.

That's what this guy is saying. In England its being reported they were in Iranian waters and they were spying on the Iranians. Plus, there are people in the UK who are furious these guys were so quick to capitulate to the enemy.

In other words, we are hearing two versions of the truth. I suggest keeping an open mind until the real facts make themselves known.
