>>Now that would be an emotionally satisfying turn of events. Is this a real threat given the commitment to license all on a FRANDLY basis?<<

Someone at Nokia needs to wake up and really look at QCOM's latest statements. This is no joke. The rhetoric is getting worse. Nokia has had its fun being in control of the situation, threatening the business and damaging the shareholders of QCOM, but this will play out like a war. These events will take on a momentum of their own. Nokia will no longer have control to simply stop the evolution of events when their fun starts to sour. It will be QCOM saying no, wanting to see just how much damage they can do in retribution to Nokia's business and share price. Nokia needs to wake up. This is a madness whose destruction no one can predict. Sign your license and make billions in the next decade or risk it all on this stupidity.
