I just hope it helps. And it is good for you anyway. La Leche League (at least the one where I live) recommended those foods to nursing moms- who are vulnerable to thrush on the breast.

Yeasts like an alkaline environment and the cranberry juice is acidic.

Yogurt has lactic acid producing bacteria in it so it also contributes to more acid in her body. Those same bacteria compete with yeast for attachment sites.

But she still needs to see a Dr. if the thrush persists.
