Ok, acceptable. The reason I got that geewhizbang whoa platinum grand complication equation of time machine was because (i) it cost a lot, (ii) last forever, (iii) tripled in worth within the past 5 years, and (iv) it is so conspicuous that I can never wear it. The reason I sing HK's praise is because it is good value. I do not drive a Lexus SUV because it is useful or neat to drive. The car gets additional 80 miles on it every 12 months, and so is not status mark. I just keep it around in case it is useful, and as decoration for the precious parking space, as a place holder.
