It seems a tutorial on manners would not be not remiss around this thread. Iktomi gave Steve the key words to find the post, rather than look it up herself. That is NOT unreasonable, though you might consider it as not helpful. What is odd to me is that no one bothered to look, but instead used it as an excuse to start insulting her and calling names. Now if that is a mature, adult response to a situation, color me puzzled. I am not into lectures on manners. I just don't bother interacting when I see poor ones. People know darn well when they are acting poorly; they just enjoy it for whatever reason. Like today, I have to make some desserts for a dinner, and I don't want to. I am feeling a bit pissy, so I posted. As you did-- the situation really didn't involve either of us. Sadly, now I must go make strawberry pies instead of indulging my bad mood here.
