it's not the education but net working at ivy league colleges.

money going after money, taking care of next generation of family money, getting sons and daughters into the right place for the correct exposure in career they have chosen.

opens up the doors of large corporations who will only hire their talent from these colleges. who first look to graduates from these colleges for executive advancement.

check out cnbc list on their web site.. you will find harvard, princeton, columbia graduate school. maybe Brown, etc. I wonder why they are recruiting from these colleges for talking heads.. could it be their mom or dad are somehow tied to cnbc, and it gets them a level entry job? You will find a few other colleges listed under various people but seldom your smaller colleges or state schools.

In the end they go there for the buck, not an education.
