Jon, John did dumb it down. He said that QUALCOMM [might have] got the rights from Texas Instruments which got the rights from Nokia. Or, even if the rights were wrongly agreed with QUALCOMM, it might be Texas Instruments which made a mistake and is liable to Nokia. Or similar deals.

We don't see the agreements so maybe that's right or wrong.

QUALCOMM should have a pretty good idea given the importance of the case and it's not a big surprise. Hopefully it's not another "nothing but upside" from QCOM's legal geniuses who are worth $1bn.
