OK, doesn't show as a toolbar in Explorer (and I never downloaded it). I ran the utility in safe mode and it still says it couldn't find it on the computer. I ran Norton in safe mode and it found it again but failed to delete it in safe mode. Also checked task manager and could find anything that resembled the name. Searched the computer for the file name and couldn't find it. Looked in add/delete programs and could find anything that looked like it. It doesn't seem to be doing any harm so I will probably forget it... never had a "perfect" computer anyway. Thanks all for the help! John
