No, I can not. But what I can say is that there is no way to make any cell phone chips without any Nokia IPR. There is that (at least) "one claim in one patent" (in fact there are a big number of them). Some of them being not standard related meaning no oblication to license them to anyone.

I immediately admit that it is also another way round. There is no way Nokia can do almost anything without infringing Qualcomm patents.
